Creating Custom Hats for Robinette 428 Motocross Racing Team

Creating custom hats is one of my favorite parts of working at Spokane Gear. And when we got the opportunity to create hats for the amazing Robinette 428 Motocross Racing Team, I was beyond excited. Their request for black and white contrast screen printed hats sounded awesome, and I couldn't wait to see how they turned out. So, in this blog post, I'm going to tell you all about the custom hats we created for the Robinette 428 Motocross Racing Team and how they turned out.
Great Logo
First things first, the Robinette 428 Motocross Racing Team's logo is amazing. It's bold and powerful, and screams speed and adrenaline. So, we knew that we had to make sure the logo stood out on the custom hats we were creating. By using a black-and-white contrast for the screen printing, we were able to make the logo stand out even more.
Print with care
When we received the hats, we immediately got to work on the screen printing process. We carefully taped off the parts of the hat that we didn't want the ink to touch, and we made sure the logo was perfectly aligned. Then, we began the screen printing process, carefully pulling the ink across each hat with precision and care.
Contrast that just popped
Once the screen printing was complete, we were absolutely thrilled with the result. The black-and-white contrast screen printing made the logo stand out even more, and the design looked amazing on the hats. The team loved the hats, too, and were stoked to wear them on and off the track.
